Apprentice Production Assistant Isa joins The Print Room team!

Isa has joined The Print Room as our Apprentice Production Assistant, motivated to start her career in the print industry. Working alongside our experienced print experts, Isa is quickly learning our values, print and customer service standards.

Ambitious Isa handles The Print Room’s day-to-day over-the-counter enquiries, walk-in-trade, and print production and finishing, ensuring that our client’s print orders are always met with our high-quality print standard.

Isa’s first months with The Print Room

We asked Isa to reflect on her time with The Print Room so far!

“I officially started my apprenticeship on the 1^st of February following a two-month probation period. I am very grateful to Garry and Peter for allowing me to embark on a new and exciting career path with The Print Room, and warmly welcoming me to the team.

My time at The Print Room has flown by, and I have already learnt so much! Working alongside Garry and Peter I am able to absorb their print knowledge and successfully work towards completing my apprenticeship. No day is the same at The Print Room, and I am always busy working on aspects of print, print finishing and handling over the counter walk-in trade.

I look forward to seeing what is to come for me in my time ahead with The Print Room, and what the future holds for us as a team!”

“Following a successful 2-month probation, Isa officially became part of the team in February 2019, beginning a 2-year Apprenticeship in Print and Packaging. She has settled in at The Print Room very well, working primarily under Karen’s wing on all aspects of printing, print finishing and serving the walk-in trade counter. Having Isa on board has allowed us to focus on improving our service levels – aiming to respond more promptly to all print enquiries and orders. We’re delighted to have Isa join the team and look forward to working on developing her print skills and abilities in the coming years!”
